When and Where do I pick up the rentals?

Upon order confirmation client will be given a time on the Thursday prior to their event to pick up all rental items supplied by Beck & Forth Co. located at our studio in East Amherst N.Y.

*If you are in need of a different rental timeframe we will review on a case by case basis. 

When and where do I drop off the rentals?

Upon your rental order confirmation client will be given a time on the Monday following their event to drop off all rental items supplied from Beck & Forth Co. Located at our studio in East Amherst N.Y.

*If you are in need of a different rental timeframe we will review on a case by case basis. 

Lets talk candles

For our Beck and Forth Co. rental packages tealight candles are included.

Pillar candles are not included. If using pillar candles these must be in a glass vase to ensure no damage comes to rentals. 

Looking for lightly used pillar candles, let’s chat! 

Are the florals and greenery included?

Our rental items are strictly hard goods with no florals or greenery included. 

Do you deliver?

All items are pick up only, EXCEPT for our Fritzie Display Walls and our Livia Display Walls. Those must be delivered and set up by our team of professionals on your event date!

Can I add on items?

Absolutely!! We are here to make your event look seamless. We are happy to add on items as long as we have them in stock! 

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes, we have a minimum spend of $200.00 for pick up rental pieces.

Why do the Fritzy Display walls and the Livia Display walls need to be delivered? 

We require delivery of these items based on their excessive size and weight! We want to ensure these pieces are transported with the utmost care! Along with that we want to ensure they are properly & safely installed and set up! This is the best for both you and us! 

How do I secure my rental pieces?

After falling in love with some of our pieces you’ll submit an inquiry form on our website noting the items you’d like to rent! Once we have that we review your requests and event date!

Within 48-72 business hours one of our team members will reach out to confirm your rentals or gather any additional information necessary! 

 

At that time you’ll be sent your rental agreement and invoice!  Your items are secured once your contract is electronically signed and your 50% retainer credit card payment/ bank transfer has been made on our website! 

Can I change my rental pieces once they are secured? 

Once you have confirmed your rental pieces we cannot change the order. You may however add onto your rental order at any time!
